Run For Health classes are conducted in groups of similar abilities. This
approach helps towards building self-confidence as participants understand
fellow members fears and apprenhensions.
The group approach also helps with motivation towards weight loss,
and building fitness and reducing stress. All group members jointly
move to a positive lifestyle. The group work together through a
simple programme of walking, progressing to running and a new
lifestyle of health and fitness which is designed to improve the wellbeing of
all participants.
